I know for certain that I took pictures of these two little chairs before I painted them, but they are nowhere to be found. It could be that this is one of those memories I imagined. I tell you this getting old is a little scary. I can't remember what I walked into a room for until I go out and come back in again.
Anyway, imagine these two chairs in a very dull dark oak stain with a dingy blue seat cushion. They needed a little glue to tighten up their joints and a lot of tlc.
After a couple of coats of Krylon Satin Black paint I added a layer of padding and recovered the seats with this adorable black and cream swirl fabric.
Pretty cute now, huh! I wish you could have seen the before pics !
